ORDER CONFIRMATION
No order is official without a deposit. We require $100 deposit for orders above $100. Orders below $100 would require full payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
We require 7 days notice for cancellations or any order changes. If cancellation is made less than 7 days, your deposit will not be refunded.

REFERENCE PHOTO
Inspiration photo being sent will serve as reference for our cake decorators. Photos being sent will not be exact replicas of your order. Our cake decorators design it with their own artistic approach.

PICK UP
Once the cake product has left our bakeshop, we will not be held liable for any damages on the cake and no refund will be issued.

Food prepared in our kitchen may contain certain allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, and tree nuts, and cross-contamination may occur. Please let us know of any food allergens upon ordering. We will not accept accountability for any death or injuries caused by our products.
